Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a local authenticated user to execute arbitrary code.

In hasPermissions of PermissionMonitor.java, there is a possible access to restricted permissions due to a permissions bypass. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed.
