Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a local authenticated user to execute arbitrary code.

In notification management of the service manager, there is a possible permissions bypass. This could lead to local escalation of privilege by preventing user notification, with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
