Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a local authenticated user to execute arbitrary code.

In ActivityManagerService.attachApplication of ActivityManagerService, there is a possible race condition. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. Product: Android. Versions: Android-9.
