Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a local privileged user to execute arbitrary code.

PRTG Network Monitor 17.3.33.2830 allows remote authenticated administrators to execute arbitrary code by uploading a .exe file and then proceeding in spite of the error message.
