Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform directory traversal attacks.

The vulnerability exists due to input validation error when processing directory traversal sequences in the Dojo module in IBM WebSphere Portal 7.0.0.1 and 7.0.0.2 before CF14, and 8.0,. A remote authenticated attacker can send a specially crafted HTTP request and remote attackers to read arbitrary files via a crafted URL.
