Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a local authenticated user to gain access to sensitive information.

In requestCellInfoUpdateInternal of PhoneInterfaceManager.java, there is a missing permission check. This could lead to local information disclosure of location data with no additional execution privileges needed.
