Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a Man-in-the-Middle (MitM) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to an error in Cross-Transport Key Derivation (CTKD) component used in Bluetooth BR/EDR and LE. A remote attacker on the local network can perform a Man-in-the-Middle (MitM) attack and manipulate the CTKD component to overwrite other Bluetooth authentication keys on a device.
