Description

The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to improperly imposed security restrictions within the xt_qtaguid kernel component in Google Android in net/netfilter/xt_qtaguid.c. A local user can run a specially crafted application to execute arbitrary code on the system with elevated privileges.
