Detailed vulnerability description
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a man-in-the-middle (MitM) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to improper certificate verification within the downloading of firmware files via HTTPS. A remote attacker can perform a MitM attack on the target system.
