Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to uncontrolled resource exhaustion in the kernel of Juniper Networks Junos OS. A remote non-authenticated attacker can send a huge amount of traffic to the out-of-band management ethernet port  and consume all available CPU resources.
