Detailed vulnerability description
The vulnerability allows a remote user to bypass authorization checks.
The vulnerability exists due to IP allowlist bypass when using Project Deploy Tokens. A remote administrator can misuse Project Deploy Token from any location even when IP address restrictions were configured.
