Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain access to sensitive information.

The vulnerability exists due to integer underflow within the DDS loader. A remote attacker can pass a specially crafted DDS image file to the affected application, trigger an integer underflow and gain access to sensitive information.
