The vulnerability allows a remote privileged user to execute arbitrary code.
The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation within the Oracle Database - Enterprise Edition Recovery in Oracle Database Server. A remote privileged user can exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code.
