Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a remote authenticated user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to improper input validation within the Billing Care component in Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management. A remote authenticated user can exploit this vulnerability to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
