Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to Dell Command | Integration Suite for System Center allows arbitrary file write. A local user can trick the victim into opening a specially crafted file, write arbitrary file and escalate privileges on the system.
