Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a remote unauthenticated user to cause DoS condition in the target system.

The weakness exists due to an error when processing an abnormal SIP message. A remote attacker can use the CANCEL packet to cause a disruption of service on the phone.

Successful exploitation of the vulnerability results in denial of service.
