The vulnerability allows a remot user to cause the target system reload.
The weakness affects IPv4 Multicast Source Discovery Protocol (MSDP) Source-Active (SA) message processing. By sending specially crafted data attackers can access the system and trigger denial of service.
Successful exloitation of the vulnerability leads to the vulnerable system reload.
