Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to TL1 function does not free memory under some conditions. A local administrator can cause the TL1 process to consume large amounts of memory and perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
