The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of the origin of commands within the user-mode print driver host process. A local user can bypass message authentication mechanisms and escalate privileges on the system.How to mitigate CVE-2022-37986
