Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to a boundary error in the malware scan functionality. A remote user can trick a victim to open a specially crafted PE file and cause a denial of service condntion on the target system.
