Detailed vulnerability description
The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to insufficient input validation of DRAM addresses in SMU. A local user can overwrite sensitive memory locations within the ASP and perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
