Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges.

The vulnerability exists due to an error in Windows Error Reporting (WER) when executing files. A local user could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code on the vulnerable system with elevated privileges.

Successful exploitation of the vulnerability may allow a local user to execute arbitrary code with elevated privileges.
