Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input in the USB Audio Class System Driver. A remote user can use Remote Desktop to connect to a vulnerable system that has Plug and Play device redirection enabled and execute arbitrary code on the system.
