Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to incorrect implementation of the repair function of the MSI, which is spawning an SYSTEM Powershell without the -NoProfile parameter. A local user can escalate privileges on the system.
