Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to incorrect default permissions set for web document directory. A local user with create an arbitrary PHP file in the directory and execute it on the system.

Note, the vulnerability affects Windows installations only.
