Out-of-bounds read in OpenSSL - CVE-2016-6302

Vulnerability details
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to a boundary condition when handling SHA512 TLS session tickets. A remote attacker can send specially crafted packets to the system, trigger an out-of-bounds read error and perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
