Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a local user to gain access to potentially sensitive information.

The vulnerability exists due to IBM Personal Communications (aka PCOMM) does not properly restrict credential extraction. A local user can discover passwords by leveraging access to the victim account and executing a PowerShell script.
