Description
The vulnerability allows a remote user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to unbound memory allocation. A remote user who controls a pod to a degree where they can control the responses from the /metrics endpoint can cause denial-of-service of the autoscaler.
