Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to a NULL pointer dereference error within the ff_hevc_put_hevc_epel_pixels_8_sse() function at sse-motion.cc. A remote attacker can trigger denial of service conditions via a crafted video file.
