Detailed vulnerability description
The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to a missing check of the return value from the usbnet_get_endpoints() function in drivers/net/usb/sr9800.c. A local user can crash the kernel.
