Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain access to potentially sensitive information.

The vulnerability exists due to BTCPay Server uses a weak method Next to produce pseudo-random values to generate a legacy API key. A remote attacker can gain unauthorized access to sensitive information on the system.
