Vulnerability details
The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to NULL pointer dereference within the dc_dmub_srv_cmd_list_queue_execute(), dc_dmub_srv_subvp_save_surf_addr() and dc_dmub_srv_is_hw_pwr_up() functions in drivers/gpu/drm/amd/display/dc/dc_dmub_srv.c. A local user can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
