The vulnerability allows a remote non-authenticated attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to NULL pointer dereference within the fs/cifs/smb2pdu.c. A remote non-authenticated attacker can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
