Vulnerability details
The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to memory corruption within the otx2_set_rxfh_context() function in drivers/net/ethernet/marvell/octeontx2/nic/otx2_ethtool.c. A local user can escalate privileges on the system.
