Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to null pointer dereference error within the create_dir(), __kobject_del(), kobject_cleanup() and kobj_child_ns_ops() functions in lib/kobject.c. A local user can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
