Detailed vulnerability description
The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to a use-after-free error within the cpu5wdt_exit() function in drivers/watchdog/cpu5wdt.c. A local user can escalate privileges on the system.
