Detailed vulnerability description
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to bypass authentication on the target system.
The weakness exists due to insufficient server-side login attempt limit enforcement. A remote attacker can send sending modified login attempts to the Guest Portal login page, perform multiple login attempts in excess of the configured login attempt limit and conduct brute-force password attacks on the ISE Guest Portal.
