Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to gain unauthorized access to otherwise restricted functionality.

The vulnerability exists due to improper access restrictions in DCOM Remote Cross-Session Activation. A remote user can bypass implemented security restrictions and gain domain administrator privileges.
