Vulnerability details

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

The vulnerability exists due to improper error handling in the the IKE daemon (iked). A remote attacker on the local network can send specially crafted packets to the device and perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.

Note, the vulnerability affects SRX Series, MX Series with SPC3 and NFX350 devices.
