The vulnerability allows a local user to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to resource management error within the tcp_remove_empty_skb(), tcp_mark_push() and min_t() functions in net/ipv4/tcp.c. A local user can perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
