Detailed vulnerability description

The vulnerability allows a local user to escalate privileges on the system.

The vulnerability exists due to incorrect privilege assignment within the Hydra Sdk Windows Service. A local user can escalate privileges and execute arbitrary code in the context of SYSTEM.
