Detailed vulnerability description
The vulnerability allows a local user to gain access to sensitive information.
The vulnerability exists due to incomplete cleanup in the ASP. A local privileged user with access to the BIOS menu or UEFI shell can obtain the Master Encryption Key (MEK).
