Detailed vulnerability description
The vulnerability allows a local user to execute arbitrary code.
The vulnerability exists due to integer overflow within the blk_ioctl_discard() and blk_ioctl_secure_erase() functions in block/ioctl.c. A local user can execute arbitrary code.
