Description

The vulnerability allows a malicious guest to execute arbitrary code on the hypervisor.

The vulnerability exists due to a boundary error within the TPM device passthrough implementation in bhyve(8). A malicious guest can trigger memory corruption and execute arbitrary code on the hypervisor.
