Description
The vulnerability allows a local attacker to gain elevated privileges on the target system.

The weakness exists due to incorrect sudo permissions. A local attacker can instruct tcpdump to run shell commands when rotating capture files and gain root privileges.

Mitigation
Install update from vendor's website.
