Vulnerability details
The vulnerability allows a local attacker to escalate privileges on the system.
The vulnerability exists due to EW_CREATEDIR does not always set the CreateRestrictedDirectory error flag. A local attacker can win a race condition and gain elevated privileges on the target system.
