Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to bypass security restrictions on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to improper access control in gentTrayIconServlet in Zoho ManageEngine Desktop Central. A remote unauthenticated attacker can send a specially crafted request to the server with a computerName=../ substring to the /agenttrayicon URI, bypass security restrictions and delete certain files on the web server without login.

Mitigation
Update to version 10.0.288.
