Description

The vulnerability allows a local attacker to gain elevated privileges on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to stack-based buffer overflow when handling malicious input. A local attacker can run a specially crafted application to trigger memory corruption and execute arbitrary commands on the target system with elevated privileges.
