Description

The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to cause DoS condition on the target system.

The vulnerability exists due to a boundary error when processing malicious input. A remote attacker can supply a specially crafted request, trigger heap-based buffer overflow and cause the router process to crash.

Mitigation
Update to version 1.7.1.
