Description
The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
The vulnerability exists due to resource exhaustion when handling malicious input. A remote attacker can send malicious HTTP/2 requests to a Windows Server running Internet Information Services (IIS), cause the system CPU usage to spike to 100% until the malicious connections are killed by IIS and perform a denial of service (DoS) attack.
